Straight and safe through Leipzig nights
Leipziger Verkehrsbetriebe supplement their transport services with Nightliner buses, which will take you safely to your destination at night. Our night buses N1 to N9 depart daily at 1.11am, 2.22am and 3.33am from the Central Station. The night bus routes cover almost all districts and some suburbs in a star-shaped pattern. The night tram N17 connects Leipzig East with Leipzig West.
In addition to the daily night services, there are extra Nightliner services on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. The night buses N1 to N9 and the night tram N17 also leave the Central Station at 1.45 am and 3 am. Lines N10 and N60 also supplement the night bus service on weekend nights between Lindenau, Bushof and Lipsiusstraße.
- You can only board the night bus through the driver’s door. This is for the safety of all passengers.
- Please have your ticket ready for inspection when you board the night bus.
- Tickets for zone 110 or the zones travelled through are valid on all night bus services (except time-limited services for schoolchildren).
Our tip:
The night buses N1 to N9 can also be left between stops on request.
